I bought this leather ID wallet back in 2015, and with some modifications I reckon I could turn it into a pretty decent replica. The first thing I did was remove the bottom window with a pair of scissors, then cut a triangle out of some faux leather which I fixed into place with some fabric glue. I could've made this a lot neater by un-stitching the edges of the wallet and sewing the leather triangle underneath, but I thought that this would have taken way too much time.
Finally, I slotted a piece of paper into the top window!
(See, I told you this was a speed build! 😁)
